Policy

 

Most orders are ready within 5-7 business days after receipt and proofing of your order. Orders of 75 or more may require at least 2 weeks processing time. Orders requiring personalized ribbons may take a longer time. Before printing, we will provide a proof of your order via e-mail. Please check  carefully that names, dates, and all spelling of words is correct before approving your design. We will reprint wrappers only when errors have occurred on behalf of Sensational Wrap such as misspelled names, words, or incorrect dates,

50% of the order total is due at placement of the order. Final payment of order must be made with cash, money order or credit card.

 

Cancellation


Once final approval of order has been received, all cancellations are subject to a $15 set-up charge. Once printing has begun, all deposits are non-refundable.

All sales are final.

There is a $15 returned check fee.

Money orders or checks must clear the bank before orders are processed. Please take this into consideration if you are using this method of payment.

PayPal is a free online payment processor that allows you to pay anyone with an e-mail address over a secure connection. Visit www.paypal.com to set up an account if you wish to use this method of payment. We also accept credit card payments by phone.
